Studio By-K was built around a simple idea, a life that allows for comfort, creative freedom, and care. It exists somewhere between long hours, unhinged amounts of coffee, quiet observation, and an instinct to make things more considered, more beautiful, more intentional.
What started as a need to create without constraint slowly became a space, one that values time, intention, and the act of building something with meaning.

The studio is led by Kanupriya , someone who has always been more interested in how things feel than how they simply look. Drawn to details, from observations to the in-between moments, design was never just a discipline, but a way of making sense of the world.
Over time, what started as curiosity turned into formal training in Communication Design and Design in Retail Experience at NIFT and NID, but more importantly, into an instinct for shaping ideas into something tangible.
After spending time in spaces and predefined titles that didn’t quite fit, she chose to step away and build something slower, more intentional, a studio that reflects how she thinks, works, and sees. The studio is run independently, with Pista as a constant presence, part companion, part interruption, part reason this space feels the way it does.

Much of the work begins there. In conversations, in fragments, in instinct. An unusual amount of time is spent on narratives, emotional anchors, positioning, brand personality, references, and strategy, translating that vague emotional soup into something tangible.
Understanding what someone is trying to build, often before they can fully articulate it themselves.
